Join our monthly Called Numbers game! Fill out the form below to request your card. All requested cards will be personally delivered directly to your office by Eric Hernandez!
We keep it simple, interactive, and rewarding. No complex rules or workplace safety programs.
Step 1: Request Your Card: Fill out the request form on this page. Eric Hernandez will personally deliver your physical Bingo card directly to your office.
Step 2: Check Called Numbers: On the first day of each month, we update the Called Numbers here in our Game Center and email them directly to our client network.
Step 3: Match and Win: Compare the numbers to your card. If you match any 5-square straight line (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal), you hit BINGO!
Submitting a Claim: As soon as you hit a winning line, take a photo of your card and email it directly to Eric Hernandez at Eric@piainsure.com.
Choosing Winners: Winning entries are verified based on the order of submitted claims and their compliance with that month's officially drawn Called Numbers.
Prize Hand-off: Once your winning layout is verified, Eric Hernandez will personally deliver your prize (such as high-quality tools, popular dining cards, or custom corporate gear) directly to your DFW office!
